Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned.

How to start a return: Please contact us first at timsahoglu@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send anything back before we reply, because we will give you the correct return instructions and address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping: If you change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs, if any, are not refunded.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping if a return is needed.

Refunds: After we receive and check your returned item, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show the refund.

Items never received: If your order does not arrive, see our Shipping Policy or contact us and we will help you.

Exceptions: Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
